• Real-time decibel (dB) measurements
• Visual feedback on noise safety levels

• Sleep mode for overnight monitoring

IMPORTANT: BabyHears is NOT a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal iOS device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy of decibel measurements
• The App's ability to prevent hearing damage
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYHEARS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Hearing damage or health issues resulting from reliance on the App
• Inaccurate measurements or technical malfunctions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While BabyHears strives to provide accurate decibel measurements:

• Measurements are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate
• Device microphones vary in quality and calibration
• Environmental factors can affect readings
• The App should be used as a general guide, not a precision instrument

Always consult with a pediatrician or audiologist for professional advice about your child's hearing health.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by BabyHears and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"BabyHears" and the BabyHears logo are trademarks of BabyHears. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Premium Features & Subscriptions

BabyHears offers premium features through in-app purchases:

• Payment: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancellation: Manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• Refunds: Handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

9. User Responsibilities

As a user of BabyHears, you are responsible for:

• Making informed decisions about your child's safety
• Consulting healthcare professionals for medical advice
• Understanding the App's limitations
• Keeping your device and App updated for optimal performance
• Using the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
